Searching, browsing, and scoping your case are free. You're billed per engagement, when an expert is confirmed for your case or a record review is commissioned.
Are there subscriptions or per-seat fees?
No. There are no monthly fees and no commitments, every attorney at your firm can use Retain at no cost until an engagement begins.
Do you take a percentage of the expert's fees?
No. Experts set their own rates and keep 100% of them. You engage and pay your expert directly; our fee covers search, verification, and matching.
